Upending refers to the process of completely overturning or disrupting the established way of doing things. It involves significant change that can reshape habits, leaving you feeling refreshed and alive. Upendings involve innovative ideas and redefining the status quo. Upending is about change.
One way we define upending is the process of intentionally making radical change. Having experienced life as overly predictable, frustrating or mundane, we determine it's time for change - it's time for an upending. The second way we define upendings is in the positive outcomes of making change. Envisioning our dreams, meeting goals, and experiencing success are examples of "up" endings.
We only experience growth in the context of change. Without regular change, life can feel dull and we can become complacent and discontent. But we are free to shift direction, transform, and excellerate the trajectory of our lives!
